Plan Statement Report

The Plan Statement Report is a formatted report that displays the details related to your current plan. You can print copy of the Plan Statement Report or even save it as PDF for your own records.

The following screens shows how you can get a copy of the Plan Statement Report via this portal

Start by navigating to your current plan and selecting the View Plan Statement Report link as shown below.

A Generate Plan Statement page will be displayed where you can firstly select a number of report Parameters that will filter the content of the report. Once you have selected the required report parameters, press the View button to display the report.

The Plan Statement Report will now be displayed in a popup browser window as shown below. To print the report or to save it as PDF, select the Print / Save as PDF link and your computer's Printer popup window will be displayed.

Select the printer connected to your computer or select the Microsoft Print to PDF printer option and then press Print.

You can close the report window at any time simply by pressing the X button located in the top right hand corner of the window.

Finally, select the Back to Plan Details link to return you back to the Plan Details page.
